 John Travolta and Uma Thurman In 1990 Quentin Tarantino directed this master- piece as a sequel to reservoir dogs. The audience was shocked at the horrific pictures that were shown to them. However the movie won "the golden palm" at the filmfestival at Cannes. Today it is seen as one of the biggest masterpieces in the history of music. It is my favorite movie of all time. The cast grew out to be respected actors showing names as Samuel L. Jackson, John Travolta, Uma Thurman and Christopher Walken. This movie boosted their career to a high level. The new genre invented by Tarantino is best described as "nouvelle violence", since when something has a simple name you translate it to make it sound better. |
