This movie is about a
serial-killer in an American city. Jodie Foster is assigned with the
case, however she can't find any clues. Someone gives her the advice to
get inside the killer's head. This is exactly what she does. She talks
with a captive serial-killer called Hannibal (the Cannibal) Lecter. He
will give her information in exchange for a transfer to a lower security
jail.With
the information she gets from him she tries to hunt down the killer.
